When I received the offer, it felt like it was time to go see 'Oyaji' (Dad) again after a long while. Due to the pandemic, I hadn't been able to see Mr. Terao for quite some time, so thanks to this film, I was given a wonderful opportunity.

Right after my casting was confirmed, I received a heartfelt email from him with the subject 'To My Son.' He wrote, 'I'm looking forward to seeing you' and 'Thank you for being part of this film.' I, too, was truly looking forward to meeting him again, so I was very happy when we reunited on set.

Since our last collaboration, he has taken me out for meals, invited me to his live performances, and we’ve exchanged emails. He always teaches me so much, and I find myself constantly looking up to him, thinking, "He's so cool." This time as well, I felt his incredible warmth and the way he embraces everyone in the cast. His big heart and boundless love filled the dressing room.
